Dr. Bob Borden received his B.S in Civil Engineering and M.E. in Environmental Engineering at the University of Virginia prior to his Ph.D. work in Environmental Engineering at Rice University. He has developed and patented the use of emulsified oils for the bioremediation of groundwater. He is the Principal Investigator (PI) on several Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP), Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) and Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE) contracts evaluating the application of emulsified edible oils and natural attenuation processes for various groundwater contaminants.
Walter J. Beckwith, P.G.
Technical Services Director, EOS Remediation
Mr. Beckwith is a well-recognized hydrogeologist in the environmental consulting and contracting industry. His combined ability to implement and oversee field services, solve field problems, as well as interpret site conditions, provides an invaluable benefit to his clients. Walt has a B.S. degree in Geology and maintains professional licensure in six states. Walt has worked on hundreds of sites in capacities ranging from field geologist, drilling department manager, project geologist, and hydrogeology department manager. Mr. Beckwith has a wide range of site assessment and remediation experience as well as many years of experience in injecting fluids into the subsurface for remediation. For EOS Remediation, Mr. Beckwith directs product testing and laboratory evaluations of new formulations related to shelf-life, soil transport and QA/QC.
M. Tony Lieberman, RSM

Tony Lieberman has a M.S. in Microbiology from the Pennsylvania State University. He has worked extensively in the field of bioremediation and environmental consulting on soil and groundwater assessments and cleanups. He is the Co-principal Investigator on Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) and Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE) contracts. He is the project manager on many industrial assessments and remediations, utilizing both biological and non-biological treatment approaches for groundwater contaminants.
